Warranty Forever® Coverage
What’s Covered?
All engine parts are covered, including the exclusive parts in any turbocharged, supercharged, or otherwise enhanced engines; both automatic and manual transmissions, as well as their transfer cases; and the full drive assembly, whether front or rear wheel drive, or whatever else is included in your agreement upon purchase of your vehicle.
What About Routine Service?
The only thing that’s required of vehicle owners with the Warranty Forever® agreement is to follow the schedule. Vehicle owners must have all service and repairs done either at the selling dealer or another pre-authorized licensed facility of their choice, follow the maintenance plan outlined in the agreement upon purchase, and keep documentation of all repairs.
How Do I Keep Track of Repairs?
Keeping documentation and records of all your repairs is much simpler when you use the NAE/NWAN Connect app, readily available on all smartphones. Customer, agents, and dealers will all have access to a one-stop app that keeps all service records, claim photos, dealership locations, and other relevant information and records all in one place for easy access.
What Happens If I’m Traveling?
There are many licensed Warranty Forever® facilities, so drivers who are 150 miles or more away from their chosen facility can submit a claim to have repairs done in the event of a breakdown while traveling.
How Much Does It Cost?
The best part of the Warranty Forever® is that it comes at entirely no cost to you! All participating dealers simply offer the plan, and as long as you stick to the agreed-upon maintenance plan, you’ll have your coverage for life.
